SEC Whistleblower Awards Won

Participation in the SEC whistleblower award program has two primary benefits for whistleblowers.

First, by informing the SEC about corporate or securities frauds, SEC whistleblowers can help prevent or stop those frauds from occurring.  In so doing, SEC whistleblowers can help save many more people from becoming victims of those frauds.

Second, if the SEC uses a whistleblower’s information to bring a successful action in which it collects over $1 million from the perpetrators, the whistleblower(s) may be eligible to receive a monetary SEC whistleblower award of between 10% - 30% of the amount of money that the SEC collects.
